The Corsairs were tied 2 - 2 when they scored twice in the final 3 minutes of the second period to go up 4 - 2. They scored twice in the third period to earn a 6 - 2 victory. Joe Salvi recorded a hat trick and Matt McHugh was solid in the net wih 26 saves.
The next playoff game will be Sunday Feb. 14th at 6:30 pm in West Meadows.
JV Starts the Playoffs with a Win
The Corsairs were down 1 - 0 after one period but rallied with 2 goals in the 2nd and 3rd periods for a 4 - 2 victory. Joe Perrelle scored twice and Conor Barrett was solid in the net making 29 saves.
The next JV Playoff game is Monday Feb. 8 vs BGHW at 8:45 pm at Twin Rinks in Buffalo Grove.

Street Scenes Feb 12th and 13th
Carmel Hockey will be hosting a room again this year at Street Scenes. Kathy Salvi has volunteered to be the Chairperson and needs our help. We need volunteers to help clear out the room, paint, decorate and set up the room. We also need volunteers to work in the room over the two nights and then help taking everything down after it is over.
