This is the PayPal payment button for making online payments for CTBL players.  A new window will open, so you may need to temporarily allow pop-ups.  With IE you can press CTRL key while you click on the link to bypass IE's popup blocker.  Some IE 7 users reported problems finishing the process before; please provide feedback if you are still having trouble now.
