U-13, U-11 & U-9 FINAL STATS RELEASED FOR 2009

The U-13, U-11 & U-9 KNIGHTS have published their final statistics for the 2009 spring season.  To see the results, click on the tab above labeled "Stats".  You can select the specific team in the drop down box.  You can then sort on the various fields of information by placing your cursor over the category and then clicking on the name of the category.  The statistics included the regular season games (both Gold and White) in addition to the post season playoffs.  To see a players individual statistics, click on their name.  They do not include the Spring Grove Lumberjax Shootout nor Laxfest.

Leading Goal Scorers were:
U-13:  Witman (46), Keller (39), Buser (27) & Rhein (18).
U-11:  Lehman (38), Kurnik (32), Witman (28), Keth (14) & Smith (14).
U-9:  Witman (33), Hinkle (16), Nobile (14) & Pennell (13).

Leading Assists Contributors were:
U-13:  Witman (33), Rhein (21), Buser (15) & Keller (8).
U-11:  Kurnik (11), Witman (10), Lehman (5) & Furman (4).
U-9:  Witman (8), Nobile (3), Pennell (2) & Prugar (2).

Leading Overall Points [Goals & Assists] were:
U-13:  Witman (79), Keller (47), Buser (42) & Rhein (39).
U-11:  Kurnik (43), Lehman (43), Witman (38) & Keth (17).
U-9:  Witman (41), Nobile (17), Hinkle (16) & Pennell (15).

Total Ground Balls were:
U-13:  Witman (128), Rhein (121), Buser (103) & Michael Roberts (76).
U-11:  Lehman (188), Witman (140), Kurnik (99) & Keth (77).
U-9:  Witman (82), Hinkle (73), Nobile (55) & Pennell (29).

PIM reflects total penalty minutes. 

The entire U-13 team is to be congratulated in that the U-13 KNIGHTS had a total of 32 penalty minutes for the season for 16 games total which averages out to two (2) penalties per game.

The entire U-11 team is to be congratulated in that the U-11 KNIGHTS had a total of 25 penalty minutes for the season for 15 games total which averages out to less than two (2) penalties per game.

The entire U-9 team is to be congratulated in that the U-9 KNIGHTS had a total of 13 penalty minutes for the season for 11 games total which averages out to just over one (1) penalty per game.

Leading the way in the goal were:
U-13:  Barshinger (97 saves)
U-11:  Stickler (101 saves)
U-9:  Buster (38 saves) & Pennell (12 saves)
