One of the most special events for the KNIGHTS in 2008 was the celebration of Mother's Day.

THERE IS ONLY ONE THING I LOVE MORE THAN LACROSSE...

AND THAT IS YOU.

The KNIGHTS honored their moms with a variety of gifts.
This included balloons, flowers as well as a special custom card that each of the boys signed.




   

   

The players were genuinely excited to sign the cards.
They presented the gifts at halftime of the South Western U-9, U-11 and U-13 games.




    

 

The halftime presentation only lasted a few minutes, but the memories will last a lifetime.

Here is what a few of the KNIGHTS Mothers had to share...

I wanted to thank you for the rose and card that my son gave me for Mother's Day. 
We really appreciate your dedication and hard work!

I would like to thank you for your postive support and coaching techniques with my son. 
He has enjoyed this season so much and really has shown improvement. 
The Knight's parents were really challenged on Saturday by the opposing Club.
However I am proud of the KNIGHTS!
I appreciate the time and effort you afforded our children
and feel confident that when my son is in 9th grade,
Eastern York will have a Boy's Lacrosse team. 
Once again, thank you for a great season.

The rose is just beautiful in the center of our kitchen table. 

 Thank you and all who were involved for the gifts for the Moms.  
That was so wonderful!!!!
