Honolulu, Hawaii Tournament REQUIRES BOTH a primary and alternate (white) Mojos jersey for participation.

Go to the TEAM STORE to purchase your Mojos gear and pay your tournament registration fee. Player registrations will NOT be accepted without player fees being paid.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
MOJOS FC, INC.

Participant acknowledges that Mojos FC, Inc. (the �Club�) may refuse Participant�s participation for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Participant further acknowledges that his/her participation with the Club is voluntary.
Travel arrangements (including hotels, motels, meals and transportation) (collectively �travel arrangements�) are solely the responsibility of the Participant. The Club shall not be liable for any deficiency or inadequacy in travel arrangements.

You agree to release, defend and hold harmless the Club, its officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and their assigns from any claims (whether in tort or contract) from any person, entity or estate, in any forum that may arise by reason of property loss, injury, or death resulting from any cause including but not limited to the Participant or other participants having failed to properly carry out instructions from the Club or its officers, directors, agents, volunteers and/or employees.
