BOARD MEETING

Every Second Tuesday of the month, 6:30pm @
Jay Lively Ice rink room


*  Board Meetings are to start at 6:30 pm and end at around 8:30pm.

*  Public Participation is at the beginning; 6:30pm.

At the beginning of each monthly board meeting there is time available to have 'public participation'

At any time you can address the  FYHA President with concerns, comments and thoughts having to pertain to FYHA.

If you have items you would like to discuss with the whole board, e-mail the board@fyha.org  with the item(s) you want to discuss so he can add it to the agenda during the 'public participation' time.  If there is not enough notice, your item(s) may need to be added to the next meetings agenda.  Either way you will get a response from the President to inform you.
