BOOKING ADDITIONAL GAME(S) PROCESS (FOR VISTING TEAM AND/OR FYHA TRAVEL TEAM MANAGER)
For any visiting travel team(s) wanting to play any additional games with any of our FYHA Travel teams in Flagtsaff, outside of the Sonoran League games, following is the process...
STEP 1- Go to www.flaghockey.com to view our Ice Calendar. Any ice labeled 'Available: FYHA Travel Home Game' is ice that can be used for additional home games with our FYHA travel teams. It is a 'first come fist serve' with reservations from the scheduler.
STEP 2- Contact the FYHA Travel Team Manager of the division/team you want to play to discuss the available game times with their schedule. Contacts for each travel team link are listed above. *Only if none of the 'Available: FYHA Travel Home Game' will work you can then look at the 'COULD-BE Available Ice' which is ice we MAY be able to buy from the City; after you confirm a ice slot that will work with your team and the vising team you will need to confirm/request that ice slot with scheduler@FYHA.com before you can go to Step 3 ( 'COULD-BE Available Ice' can be a 48 hour turnaround oce we are dealing with 3rd parties).
Once the Visiting team and the FYHA travel team agree to exact game times from the ice scheduler website www.flaghockey.com shown as available or scheduler has given a verbal/written appoval that the 'Could Be' ice was able to be bought from City; proceed to Step 3.
STEP 3 -To Guarantee the ice; FYHA Travel Team Manager please send this link (via email) to the visiting travel team; just copy & paste 'Visiting Team Game' ; As soon as this form is filled out scheduler will recieve a confirmation email. Scheduler does nothing on the Master Ice Calendar or with booking the referee(s) until she recieves this confirmation email.
Scheduler will then make the change to the online calendar to reflect this change and send you a confirmation e-mail
**If payment is not received from the visiting travel team within the timelines; 7 days grace period after filling out the online form; the ice will be re released back to 'Available: FYHA Travel Home Game'
