If you would like your Comment/Suggestion/Complaint to be anonymous you can leave the Name/Phone #/EMail field blank. Unless an urgent situation, with any complaint especially ones toward our coaches regarding game issues, you should always wait 24 hours after the game before you send in a form, this way you have had time to re examine if it is still an issue large enough to bring to the coach(s) attention.
