DIVISIONS:

Divisions are broken up in age groups per USA Hockey Association.
Mini Mite, Mite, Squirt, Peewee & Bantam ages (to know what age your childs division is see the drop down menu below)

Your child will automatically be placed in his age group. The coaches will evaluate the first week of hockey, if you childs skill level is MUCH higher than the age he/she is assigned to the coach will then more the child to the next age group up.

*Mini Mite House Division (Birthyears 2005, 2004, 2003)

*Mite Division (Birth years 2002, 2001)

*Squirt Division (Birth years 2000,1999)

*Peewee Division (Birth years 1998, 1997)

*Bantam Division (Birth years 1996, 1995)

After registration cut off date, Dec 1st, depending on how many registered players we have, we will then buy the appropriate amount of ice and recruit the volunteer coaches.

If there is room in the Program offered after CUT OFF date, we will still take late registrations up until one week before the first day of the Program; you will know what programs are being offered and if there is any room after the CUT OFF date by going online and click on 'Late Registration Spring House' online information & form

Any parent or person interested in coaching please fill out our coaching application form (shortcut; click on link titled 'coach interest application' located at the top of this form). If you have any questions first you can email our coaching coordinator, Kyle Curtin at kpcurtin@yahoo.com or our President, Matt Evans at president@fyha.org.
In hockey at the age groups Peewee & Bantams they have the option to be able to play hockey with checking or without checking (non checking). Depending on the interest of the majority, ice availability and coach availablities, we MAY be able to offer Checking.
If Player is Peewee or Bantam age; would you like nonchecking or checking team?:
House Program requires a 'House Director' to run the program each year/season. This person would also be a Board of Directors to represent the needs of the House program and members. This person (with help from other house parents) would run the program as she/he sees fit.
Would you be Interested in being 'House Director'?:
