Welcome to Beaver Hockey!



Originally Get Behind the Badge was a team compiled of Columbus area Fire and Police and Emergency Service workers.  Through the years it has been hard to keep the team all service personel, so we started letting others play on our team.  This Fall session of 2008, we were faced with a delima to either hold one team or make two.  The Badge and The Beavers.  Both teams were to play for the same cause.  This attempt failed for a variety of reasons, and we are now left with one team.  Get Behind the Beavers.  

 We are not solely public service personel, but we love to play hockey together and are playing for Get Behind The Badge!  Plant the seed!  We hope that we can get enough interest in the near future to make a second team, The Badge, Bears, Bums, Barbers.. who knows.
