The New York Collegiate Baseball League and the Hornell Dodgers have finalized the 2009 schedule.  2009 marks the 16th season of Dodger baseball.

The 2009 Western Division reamins unchanged from last season with Hornell competing versus Allegany County, Elmira, Bolivar, Niagara Falls, Brockport, Webster, and Geneva.  The schedule features 42 games (7 vs. Allegany County, Elmira, and Bolivar and 5 vs. Niagara Falls, Brockport, Webster, and Geneva).

Opening day for the Dodgers will be on June 11th at Elmira while the team will play its first game at Maple City Park two days later on June 13th vs. Bolivar.

Other highlights of the season include a July 3rd DH at home versus Geneva and a July 11th contest versus Bolivar to be played during Arkport's summerfest.

Playoffs are scheduled to begin on July 31st and run until August 9th.
