HAMPTON ROADS NATIONAL ADULT BASEBALL ASSOCIATION

The HRNABA started in 1992 with 10 teams. Over the years, we've had as many as 40 teams and average out to about 15-20 teams per season. In 2007, we will be fielding 20 teams. In our league, we have four levels of competition: 18A, 18AA, 18AAA, and 30+. Players between the ages of 18-??? are encouraged to play, 30+ yr old players are able to play on any team they wish but may play on teams in the 30+ division as well.

Our schedule is usually interleague, playing games against everyone, with each team having 12 division games included. The schedule maxes out this season at 30 games, not including postseason play.

The first meeting for the 2009 season was held on January 13th.  Tryouts will be on February 22nd, 2009 time and location TBD.  Please look for the flyer at the top of the page, print it out and post it where able to spread the word more about the league.
