Las Vegas, Nevada

On Monday, June 15, 2009, the Kilroy's Hockey Club, Inc. voted unanimously to separate the Hockey portion from the ALS fundraising portion of the Kilroy’s Hockey Club, Inc.

Beginning on August 12, 2009, the Monday Night Fiesta Hockey Night will be operated by the Las Vegas Kilroy’s Adult & Youth Hockey Club, Inc., and all ALS fundraising efforts will be organized under the original Kilroy’s Hockey Club, Inc. The purpose of this re-organization is due to IRS rules and regulations.

Currently, the Kilroy’s Hockey Club, Inc. is a not for profit, 501C-4 organization, and the Las Vegas Kilroy’s Adult & Youth Hockey Club, Inc. has filed for a 501C-3 status with the IRS.
