Parity2
I will leave our team name anonymous, however we have decided that if the teams are not made more competitive and if the Patriots roster stays the same, the entire team is not going to show up the night we are scheduled to play them. They can play with themselves. We need to be more competitive. Look at the standings and it is clear. It has been like that for years. we just want to be able to compete.

Parity
Time to break up the Patriots and put some parity in the league or you will be lucky if you have three teams next fall. If that means some of the Patriots players won't play if they are split then so be it. It is supposed to be a fun night of hockey but it isn't when you are losing by 4 or five goals to them because you can't compete at the same level.

Team Brass Player Down
I received an E-mail from Courtney Brown last week and he informed me that he has several cracked ribs. The injury occured while he was playing soccer. During the game an opposing player slammed his skull into Courtney's chest. During this process, Courtney's Lung collapsed to which the doctors were forced to stick a tube into his lung to re-inflate it. Courtney will be out for the remainder of the summer season but plans to return for the main Fall/Winter/Spring season.

Get well soon Courtney!!!

Don't forget about TREE
Hey 'yall! It's me TREE. Good to here the ALLSTARS won last season. I'm still on the mend from some bone excision in my right femur. I was diagnosed with a bone disease which was causing necrosis in the femural head. I wasn't getting blood supply to the top of the bone and it was actually starting to die.  I saw an orthopedic surgeon, had a preventative procedure done to stop the necrosis from spreding and hopefully promote healing, and was told I can probably be back to playing by January '09 if all goes well.
Take care all and have fun next season.
