The Colorado Lady Hawks was established in 2007 by coaches Joseph Strange and Jeff Cropper. Our mission is to promote the rapid development of those that are dedicated to playing competitive basketball and inspired to play at the high school and college level. Our coaches focus on helping our players to develop the “work ethic, commitment, social and athletic skills” necessary for success in sports and in life which is perhaps the best test of the educational commitment of an interscholastic sports program. We emphasize to our players that a good education is the first step to becoming a great STUDENT-ATHLETE. Developing good basketball values is an essential part of any basketball program, and we do that by applying the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every player that participates in our program. Starting in the spring and throughout the summer we travel and play in competitive tournaments throughout the United States to give our players the opportunity to showcase their talents at NCAA certified events.
