Wanted to apologize to the team for my outburst on sat game against the bravest.  I just believe we are a way better team then what we put out there sometimes and I feel that the game begins with getting to the field and being mentally and physically ready to play a game.  That all begins when u get up and head to the field and start ur pre-game.  Thats makes a big difference on ur performance in the game.  Thats where being prepared to play begins.  I get pissed because when our team gets to the field there is no pregame routine or stretch....Its just bull s--t for like 45 min then toss a little and start the game.  Thats not being focused on trying to win a game.  I dont stretch 1 hr before the game cause im older than the team because i do that even when im not pitching that day.  I believe that if we become a little bit more focused before the game that we will compete at a higher level.  Whoever reads this thank you for taking the time......LETS GET FOCUSED!!!!!

Yo just wanted to say sorry fellas for not being able to make the game this saturday but im confident that we will continue to play good baseball.....hopefully we have began our uphill route....Lets continue to play hard and don't give up because there is a lot of baseball left to be played.....#1   "El Viejo"  dont let the name foool you...lol
