When you buy Giant Eagle Gift Cards through your favorite high school girl’s lacrosse player, you help raise funds for their program and help yourself buy groceries, prescriptions and earn fuel perks. For every $100 card sold, Giant Eagle contributes money to our program.  Then when you use your card to buy groceries, prescriptions and retail gift cards you earn a total of $.20 per gallon off up to 30 gallons of gas.

How does it work?

·        Fill out this form from your lacrosse player.

·        Each card is sold in $100 increments.

If you buy 2 cards, that’s $200

·        Make your check out to Mt. Lebanon Lacrosse Association

·        Give this form and your check to the High School Girl’s Lacrosse player and she will deliver your cards to you each week.
