2/20/2006Game Day Rules
Respect For yourself – be a good citizen, do well in school For the game - play within the rules of the game - good sportsmanship, etc.
Respect for the coaches and team – professional attitude and hard work are expected.
Respect for the Refs – no talking back to refs - be courteous.
Respect for Facilities – players are to follow all posted rules of the facility and be courteous (MtL, Away, Bus, Hotel, etc.)
Respect for Fans – be courteous to both home and away. 
Be on Time;  Dress nicely to school (collared shirt and nice khaki pants to school) Dress nicely when arriving to locker room. 
Arrive ready to play, mentally prepared, with all equipment.  Have both jerseys and game shorts.  Grey/white T-shirt under pads – team-issued shirt.  White socks pushed down between ankle and mid shin. 
Have sticks ready to play.  Do not come to coaches during warm-up with stick issues!  Bring appropriate footwear, Reversible, Team Boathouse Jacket
2/20/2006Practice Rules
Respect For yourself –Every day: be a good citizen, do well in school, Pick up after yourself.   
Players are to wear Grey Sweatpants, Grey sweatshirt (Team issue preferred) to practice every day.
Players are to wear all their equipment at all times (Helmet, Gloves, Shoulder Pads, Elbow pads, mouth piece, Cup). 
Players are REQUIRED to have team issued reversible Royal Blue/Yellow Gold everyday, other reversibles are not acceptable - Players are to have running shoes, turf shoes and cleats EVERYDAY.

Field is to be set before practice everyday.  Goals, water, Tables, etc.

All players are to participate in ball searches.  Balls will be counted. 

Parents/Siblings/friends are not permitted on practice field unless invited by coaching staff, if wish to watch practice please observe posted rules and watch from fence or stands.

- Find trainer at least 30 minutes before practice starts

 Personal Items - Players are to buy their own tape 2 – 3 rolls it is not the responsibility of the team or the training staff to provide tape for taking care sticks - Eye Black Buy your own - Players must have their own medicines: Inhalers, Ibuprofen, bee sting kits, etc. Coaches and trainers cannot dispense medicines.

Travel -
Dress Appropriately (Collared shirt and Khaki Pants).
Be punctual for meetings, dinner, curfew, bus, etc. 
Breaking curfew or repeated tardiness will result in loss of playing time and possibly suspension
Any player caught with alcohol or other drugs will be kicked off team, and parents and school will be notified.
Bring both jerseys
Bring extra sock, t-shirts and underwear 
Players are responsible for their own meals (Recommend $30.00 a day for out of town weekends.  Carry $5.00 for local games).
