We are Los Tiburones!!
WE ARE LOS TIBURONES.  An 18 and older team.  We currently play out of the NYCMBL.  Our ball club was started by a former semi-pro player James Mojica.  James, a former catcher/pitcher, in his prime was a player who walked for miles on end just to play a baseball game.  James has now put himself and his team into position of giving back some of his vast knowledge of the game to his players.  "I love players that work hard on and off the field.  This shows me and the rest of the guys that they are dedicated to their craft and they want to win.  Its easy to quit but harder to stay in the grind.  If I had quit on myself several years ago when I was struggling financially or quit when someone told me in high school that I was not strong enough to play catcher then I would have never had the major league tryouts I've had.  Work alone is hard...but when you work..fail...and still have enough guts to stand up and keep moving forward..well..thats Tiburones baseball.  Hopefully a championship is in our soon to be future!"  Words from the General Manager himself as he express's his desire and his passion for his club.
