Everyone MUST be CIPP registered to play rugby. CIPP costs $20 for high school players and must be completed before every season. Registration is easy and you can do it online by following the instructions below. Instructions to Register Online
(1) Be sure to have a working printer and valid credit card ready before beginning.
(3) Click on the "Create / Renew Individual Membership" link and enter the required information.
(4) If you have registered recently, your information should appear. If your name does not appear, try different spellings and/or versions of your name. If you are a new member simply continue on to the waiver form.
(5) Read and acknowledge the waiver form by checking to two boxes at the bottom. You will need to print this form and sign it.
(6) Fill in remaining personal details.
(7) Type in "Myers Park" and select our club. You are a "player" and this is a "U-19/High School team". Be sure to select the appropriate titles.
(8) Proceed to checkout. Print your receipt confirmation and retain for your records.
(9) Give your signed waiver form and CIPP number to Coach Thomas.
PLAYER INFORMATION AND FORMS
After you have completed the CIPP registration, shown above, please complete the following steps to insure that our rugby club has all of the necessary information from the players and parents. Successful completion of these forms are required before the player is allowed to step onto the field for practice or games. All forms are to be turned into Coach Thomas.
