Warriors retire Moncada's number

The Warriors have retired Roy Moncada's number 51. No player will wear jersey# 51 for the Warriors ever again. The founder, owner, and original manager of the franchise relocated to Florida during the Summer of 2007 but will forever have a place in Warrior history.
