About the Too Hot

It was the summer of 2002 when a dream was nearly accomplished. The dream belongs to a man named Elvin. The dream was to put together a baseball team so he would be able to share the game he loved most with his son. This was the game of baseball.

He was able to remove a group of children and remove them from the streets and put them on baseball fields. With surprising talent they were able to make it to the playoffs that year, but an early elimination took their hopes for a championship away. The next couple of years were up and down seasons that were ended without a playoff spot.

After not being able to come up with a team in the summer of 07 Too Hot dismantled. Players went their seperate ways and some just stopped playing. After a year of absence from the game he loved the most, his desire to coach never left. Elvin reached out to former players and just like him, their desire to play and compete were still very much alive.

As time passed and players gathered it was getting to late to get into a league. They decided to join a local neighborhood league so they can come together. As the months passed it was clear that their was a great deal of talent in this club. After the 08 season, Too Hot made improvements on weak points where they thought that was needed.
