This is the registration form for the 2009-2010 Orlando Lacrosse Club season. Anyone interested in playing for Orlando this season should register here. Items in Bold are required. Non-bold items are optional.

All players, including goalies, must be current members of US Lacrosse. This is a Florida Lacrosse League requirement and is not negotiable. Membership costs $50 per year, and includes a free subscription to Lacrosse Magazine. Supporting US Lacrosse is the right thing to do for any player or fan of the game, since the funds help support the growth of our sport nationwide. They also train our refs.
