Fall Registration

REGISTRATION FOR 2009/10 SEASON WILL OPEN JUNE 1, 2009
DEADLINE: JUNE 30, 2009

REGISTRATION FEES:

Uniform Jersey Deposit: $25 Cheque Post dated June 30, 2010 required for uniform jersey deposit. Make cheque payable to PYSA. Cheque will be returned on return of jersey at end of season.

Late Fee: - Registration is due by June 30, 2009  Any registration forms received after June 30^th will be subject to a $25 penalty.  Penalty does not apply to new residents who have recently moved to Pemberton.

NSF Charge: A $20 charge will apply for NSF cheques.  Registration will not be complete and player will not be placed until registration and all fees are honoured.

Refund Policy – Full Refund (minus $10 administration fee) can be issued in the event of sickness, injury, conflicting schedules OR at the discretion of the Administrator up to a MAXIMUM of one month from the first day of play. Following this date, refunds for whatever reason will be issued for 50% of the season dues only.

Registration can be made in person at the Pemberton Community Centre or mailed along with cheque or money order to Pemberton Youth Soccer Association, Box 375, Pemberton, V0N 2L0

Registration Details: Registration closes June 30^th to allow for team formation for league structure. Register Early for team placement. Fee covers fall & spring sessions.

 

Start Up Details & Information:

League details, schedules and start up information will be emailed to you and posted on the website @ www.HomeTeamsONLINE.com/PEMBERTONSOCCER.  Your coach will contact you during the last week of August or first week in September for practice days and times.

 

Fall Season: September to November

* Practices once a week, games on Saturdays (no games Thanksgiving long weekend)

* U11, U13, U18 age divisions play in the Squamish House League – all games in Squamish on Saturdays (except games schedule between Whistler & Pemberton)

* U7 & U9 Fall Jamboree in October
