2 MILE RUN
   
 100 FOOT CATCHES BOTH FEET

 15 MINUTES OF JUGGLING

 40 CRUNCHES
 (2 sets of 20)

 30 PUSHUPS
 (3 sets of 10)

30 STANDING SQUATS
(3 sets of 10)


This complete workout should take no longer than 40 minutes an evening.  We will continue this routine through the middle of September.  At that time everything will increase.  Remember to bring your timed run in once weekly.  We will record the time on the wall in the trailer and look over them every week to make sure we are improving our times.
