Round two action of the Winter 2007-2008 post season saw the playoffs chip away two more teams, leaving two to play as the finalists.

In addition to the third seeded Ice Dawgs eliminating the first seed Puck Hogs 3-1, the Pints handily extinguished the playoff hopes of the Volcanoes by defeating the perrenial favorites 6-2.

Thus, the stage is set for a great final, between the Ice Dawgs and Pints, on Sunday March 30, 2008.
