Coaches , The following are require for all of your league games:

1.  Fully laminated, signed with picture, player and coach/administrator
cards.(This does not apply to U6. Only who will play from your player list.
However coaches/administrators will still have cards.)

2.  Copies of the signed medical releases (The player registration form has
this information).

3.  U11 and Up will have a game report to give to the referee at each of
your games (download from website and have prepared prior to the game).

Additionally, it is recommended as follows:

1.  You should have at least 2 assistants/administrators or team parent for each team.  Remember if there is no league approved adult(with AYSA card) available for your team, the game is declared a forfeit and your team may be fined.

2.  It is a good idea to have several sets of your medical
releases(registrations), as the information  MUST be available at any team
activity.(Give your assistant one, and the team parent/adminstrator another)

3.  You should have a COPY of birth certificate for each child.(Requirement if you
do tournaments)

4.  Remind your parents what proper behavior is.  They are there to support
their child and the team, not to coach or referee.
.
5. If you have issues with the referees or the other team, there are venues
to deal with that; and that does not include losing your composure and
instigating an incident.

6.  Remember it is a GAME we are involved with, and first and foremost is
for the players to "HAVE FUN."
