All, Just a reminder that all U15 and older teams, and those U11 through u14 that are signing up for the pre-season schedule need to have a minimum of 10 registrations to me on AUg 7, tomorrow, Thursday night at the Jacobs Y between 6:30 and 8 PM. If that is a problem, let me know immediately. Our club registrar must have everything entered by Monday, noon. Turn in what you have tomorrow. Our registrar will not have time to do everything Monday. 1. All players need a new registration form. Players new to TMSFC also need a copy of the birth certificate for us to keep. To save time, it would be best if you make copies of the registration form and birth certificates for us to keep, and you, as coach, keep the originals. Coaches need the Administrator Registration Form AND the Disclosure Form. 2. Club registration fees, prefer check or money order, made out to TMSFC, or cash with amount and name of who it applies to in an enevelope with team name, and players paid. 3. The league always needs additional referees. 8. There are three coaching classes coming up, a National D, a state E, and the NSCAA Advanced Regional Class. Please go to the PCJSL site for specific information. The league and club will reimburse the cost up to 100 % for the D and E and 50 % for the NSCAA. upon successful completions. 9. If you are ordering Score uniforms(our TMSFC.net web site has a link on the left hand side, Belize style), please get you sizes together ASAP, to insure delivery by Sep 6, the 1st game date. 10. If you are dual rostering a player, you will need to submit the Dual Roster Form from the PCJSL form directory with the registration at the time the players second team is being registered. Once both teams have been initially registered, one cannot then later add a player as "dual registered." 11. Please comply with translation requirements for foreign born(non-english language) birth certificates. ALso be reminded about International CLearence and Internation Waivers for foreign born players. AYSA Registration Information 2007-2008

Registration Issues - Since many clubs have already concluded their tryouts for next year, we would like to remind all Clubs and families of the following information regarding insurance coverage:
1) If you are a Club that has picked up players during tryouts who have not been registered with US Youth Soccer during the current (2007-2008) season, you need to register them if they are currently playing or practicing with the team so they are insured. Any new administrators should also be registered immediately so they have both medical and liability coverage.
2) To all parents: If your child does not have a valid AYSA pass (passes are normally in the possession of the coach or team manager) for the 2007-2008 season, he or she is not insured through the AYSA insurance. It is possible that your club has insured your player through US Club Soccer. It is up to you to verify this information and to contact them for any insurance issues. AYSA ANNOUNCES NEW REGISTRATION TIER WITH A LOWER FEE
AYSA is pleased to announce that it has added a 4th tier to our registration levels. This tier is designed to accommodate the recreational players who are playing in-house throughout Arizona. Player cards will not be issued to these players and they will not be able to play in leagues or tournaments that require player cards. The players and their coaches will be fully insured in the AYSA insurance program.
Tier 4 acknowledges the need for a lower cost entry to AYSA and US Youth Soccer and was designed to make it easier for our Clubs and Leagues to introduce soccer to new players. We believe this fee is lower than the recreational fees of other US Soccer organizations. This shows the willingness of AYSA to help our members with the tools they need to grow the game of soccer.
Players and/or teams moving from one tier to a higher tier will only be charged the difference between the fee paid and the fee of the new tier.
Tier 4 • Fee -- $6.50 per player • Team fee – none • Travel – none |
Tier 3 • Fee -- $11.50 per player • Team fee -- $15 • Travel – In-state only, no fee • Eligible to play in District recreational cup play which can lead to a State playoff. |
Tier 2 • Fee -- $14 per player • Team fee -- $15 • Travel – Unlimited. $25 fee for out-of-state travel papers. • Eligible to play in AZ Open Cup. |
