TMSFC New Player Registration

Please be aware that this form is only to let TMSFC know of your interest of having your child playing with us. We forward this information to the teams that may fit your criteria. If a match is made you will be contacted. Unfortunately, due to team availability, roster limits, practice times and locations, and level of play, not every child may be placed.
If you have a specific situation, you may contact any of our coaches directly by going to the teams link for contact information.
(You'll be required to fill out an Official registration form and privide a copy of Birth Certificate to be officially registered.)

Por favor tengan en mente que esta forma es solamente para informar a TMSFC su interes que su hijo(a) juegue.en nuestro Club. El Club dara esta informacion a equipo que vaya con sus necesidades si el equipo es el correcto se le comunicara , Desafortunadamente debido a disponibilidad, limites, lugar / horario de practicas y el nivel de juego no a todos le encontraremos equipo.
