**All Tournaments prior to the State Tournament are State Tournament qualifiers.  

**All Teams must play in one of these to qualify for the State tournament.  No exceptions. 

**All teams must be sanctioned and provide proof of insurance to play in ISA tournaments.

**All teams must have a current team roster.

**The S.C. ISA State Tournament is for South Carolina Teams only. 

**All teams must play in the State Tournament to attend the World Series  

   Teams that drop out of tournaments more than one time will be placed on a Pre-pay the rest of the season. That means that the team  must pay their entry fee before they will be placed in the tournament.

       Teams that drop out of a tournament after Wednesday night the week of the tournament will be charged a $50.00 fee before playing in another ISA Tournament. If teams cancel on Friday or are a no show then the full tournament fee can be imposed on the team prior to them playing in another ISA event.  Teams can also be pulled from future events as a result. 
 If asked to be removed from a pre-pay tournament, teams can and must do so 10 days before the tournament.  

     Remember that tournament softball is driven by the internet and when you enter a tournament a lot of people are looking and counting on you to be there.  Teams sign up depending on who is  in the tournament,  Things to remember if you are contemplating removal of your team from an event.

       The other teams that see your name on the web page and have signed up to play with your team. These teams confront the director the first day of the event because of your NO SHOW. 

       The tournament director will have to redo pool play, fields schedules and brackets as a result.

       Many tournaments fill up and teams that drop may prevent other teams from getting in, especially if they drop out the week of the tournament.


Penalty For Paying Tournament Entry Fee With A BAD Check.

  1. There will be a $50.00 NSF fee.

  2. That team will have to pre-pay for the rest of the year.

  3. Teams that do not make good for the Bad Check (All of the players that are on the team rooster will not be eligible to play on any team in an ISA tournament until the matter has been taken care of.
