Scorpions baseball was established in 2001 by Marc Tapley and his brother Lance.  Founding members also include Paul Alvarez, Richard Glavas, and Jon Piraino.  The Scorpions are not just a baseball team, but a group of friends who love the game and the commeraderie that goes with it.  This web site was created in 2006 as a way to document the happenings of the Scorpions baseball club, and is meant to be satirical in its documentation of the team.  All statistics are factual (except for Parker's record 1,000,000 career wristbands) but many claims may be ficticious.  This site is intended to humor the Scorpion players and their fans.  Please enjoy!
