Please use the forms link at the top of the homepage to request a roster change. Once you open the forms page, please click on the Roster Change Request Link and fill out the form. The Competition Committee will respond to the request within 48 hours.
Score Reporting:
All home teams must report their scores using the score reporting form. Please click on the FORMS tab. Once that page opens, please click on the Score Reporting tab.
All Coaches must be members of US Lacrosse. Please visit www.uslacrosse.org to register. Further, the league will hold mandatory coaches meetings prior to the start of the season to address such issues as sportmanship, rule changes, policies and procedures, etc. We will post all relevent information regarding coaches meetings in this area as information becomes available.
