The Saint Louis Billikens are ready to begin the 2009-2010. The team will be in full swing this week with a full practice schedule in preparation for the season opening series against the Illinois State Redbirds on Sept 18 &19. Last season the Billikens split two games with the Redbirds who finished 7th in the MACHA. The Billikens ended the 08-09 season in third place in the MACHA and welcome back four of the top five scorers this season. The club returns 19 veterans and welcomes nine new players. Former St. Louis Blues player Todd Ewen will be behind the bench in his first season as Head Coach of the Billikens.
