Spring Hockey Information!

2012 Spring Hockey Sponsored by TBL & Showdown Hockey!
Starts in March...runs through May

Spring Hockey Showdown is a camp that will feature ice time twice per week for our skaters. Some of the early details are spelled out below.

What:
Development aspect will be taught/coached by Todd Brereton of Showdown Hockey during the week.

Games, small area games & drills will be facilitated by TBL coaches on weekends.

Camp will feature:
Power skating, Shooting, Scoring, weekly fun of games between various levels of play!

Todd’s Resume includes:
    Owner of Showdown Hockey
    Official instructor of St. Louis Blues Fantasy Camps
    St. Louis’ premier hockey instructor

Ages:
Mite-Bantam

Goalie Clinics..calling all Masked Men!

First and foremost...Happy Holidays everyone!

The New Year will bring four more Goalie Clinics for our masked men. If you have one of these unique individuals, by all means get them to the upcoming clinics if the schedule allows! They are held at Granite City Ice Rink at 6:15pm on the dates below:

Lightning Hockey Goalie Clinics at Granite City

JANUARY 10TH, 6:15pm at Granite City
JANUARY 24TH, 6:15pm at Granite City
FEBRUARY 7TH, 6:15pm at Granite City
FEBRUARY 21ST, 6:15pm at Granite City

Special thanks to Caleb, Ian & Kyle, who lent a hand with our youngest goalies at the last clinic. When the instructor of our Goalie Clinics had a scheduling conflict, these three did a wonderful job as our models for our newer kids. Great job in your first coaching role!

Beginning in the middle of October, the days and times of practices will change as the Granite City Ice Rink opens. The dates and times from Mid October until February will remain as consistant as possible. Players will be contacted by the TBL Mite ADM Coordinator prior to the beginning of practice ice. Please remember that the practice ice during the month of September will be used to evaluate the layers in the program for placement on the TBL Red, White and Blue teams.
