Twin Bridges Lightning Hockey is a self governing organization and will attempt to internally resolve all concerns, disputes and violations among its members, parents, players, coaches and officials. A board appointed Rules and Disciplinary Committee had been created to review and act upon disputes regarding infractions.

For Complaints: The TBL compliant/incident form TBL_R___D_Complaint_Form__Rev_2009_.pdf must be filled out and returned to a team manger who will then forward it to a Rules and Discipline Committee member.

A TBL Rules and Discipline Committee person(s) will conduct an investigation and report the findings and decisions to all parties involved.

A written appeal to decisions can be filed. It must contain all pertinent details of the case and sent to the President of the TBL Board of Directors. It must be filed within 7 days of the date the decision was rendered. The fee for filing an appeal is $50 and will be refunded if the appeal is succe
