Below is an updated workout for the month of June. Again, we would like to see the girls get this workout in at least twice a week. That would give them about 300 shots a week in addition to what they are getting in practice. If they work quickly they should be able to get it done in an hour or less. I tried to provide as much detail in each description as possible but if there any questions please let me know and I will be glad to provide additional explanation or demonstrate during practice.
