This meeting is for parents interested in the girls Club Volleyball season and
the Little Volley's Developmental Program.  All questions concerning try-outs,
teams, practices, tournaments, and cost will be answered.

                               Membership Fee (Required for all club try-outs)  
                               $50      Indoor - Junior Girl (12 & Under - 18 Under)
                    $15       Indoor - Youth Player (8 & Under - 11 & Under)

PLEASE BRING TO TRYOUTS: 
          1) Copy of  2010 USAV Membership Card.
           (Can be printed after registration and payment to U.S.A.V online)

        2) Medical Release Form (NOTARIZED)
                  (Can be printed after registration and payment to U.S.A.V online)

       3) VPA online registration form signed by a parent. 
                 (Can be printed after registration and payment to VPA Tryouts  online or available onsite)

         4) Old white T-shirt for tryouts. (Not for Little Volley's)
                  (Old T-shirt with clear area on the back to write a number with a black marker)

Electronic Signatures & Online Payment for Online Registration  

NOTE: To avoid registration problems, please register once you are sure that you are ready to pay for the USAV Membership fee online. If you register and do not pay the 1st time, the system will not let you pay on a 2nd attempt and you will have to call the region office to pay over the phone.

 Parent/guardian must register a junior player. 
 
 If a player does not know their user name & password they can go online and request it  under  returning members or email: michelle@usavfl.org. 

  Please choose the "Undecided" club team option when asked to choose a club team. Once tryouts are over and the teams are choosen, we wil let you know when to change the status of the club team from "Undecided" to VPA. 

 When using the Online Signature to verify who is filling out the form, the Parent/Guardian will be asked for their Driver�s License or State ID number so have it on hand before starting the process.    

  You are now able to pay online with Visa or Master card for your membership.  When you get to the payment information, select �pay now via credit card� and complete the required credit card information.  (NOTE: Able to do this 1st time completing the registration process) 
  
 All players MUST register online in advance of any tryouts.  

All players will need to bring to the tryout a copy of their:
1) 2010 U.S.A.V Membership Card 

2) Medical Release Form (NOTARIZED)  
NOTE: Players will NOT be allowed to tryout without these 2 documents!! 

 Each member can then print their membership card at the end of their registration/payment and bring those to any tryout for proof of their USAV membership for the current year.
