Mission Statement: The purpose of W.B.L.H.A. shall be to promote the best interest of and to enhance the educational and social opportunities of the students attending Warren Township High School, by forming an ice hockey club. W.B.L.H.A. believes the club will help the development of the student through organized sport, proper social environment and cultural exposure; to foster friendship, camaraderie, and educational and scholastic achievement, disciplined conduct, promote and regulate ice hockey for the student attending Warren Township High School in a competitive environment. The Corporation will operate under the auspices of USA Hockey, Inc. and its Illinois affiliate, Amateur Hockey Association of Illinois, Inc. [A.H.A.I.]; and in general, to all things as may be necessary and appropriate in accomplishing the purpose hereinabove set out.

Team Information:
W.B.L.H.A. is a non-profit organization that sponsors high school hockey at Warren Township High School. The Boys Varsity and JV teams play in the Metro-North Conference which currently includes the following teams:

Glenbrook South

Lake Forest HS
Loyola Maroon
New Trier Blue
New Trier White
St. Viator
Stevenson

The girls varsity team plays in the Metro Girls Conference which currently includes the following teams:

Barrington

Lake Forest
Lake Forest Academy
Latin
Loyola Academy
Naper Valley Warriors
New Trier Silver
New Trier Varsity
Oak Park/River Forest

The Warren Township High School team name is "The Blue Devils". The Warren Hockey Team is called "Warren Blue Devils Hockey Team". The Warren Blue Devils Hockey Season will play approximately 30 League Games and 3 - 4 Tournaments with 2 practice slots during the week. W.B.L.H.A. will supply to each player Home & Away Team Jerseys and Socks, Team Hockey Bag, Helmet Decals and a Team Decal Sticker. Each player on the team will be required to obtain a blue hockey helmet and blue pants. The players will also be involved in off ice activities such as Car Washes, participating in Gurnee Days Activities, workout sessions and fund raising events. Each Team will be part of the Warren High School Yearbook, Warren Winter Sports Program and a Player Profile on W.B.L.H.A. web site
