From the desk of the Head Coachof the Wooster Oilers.....

First let me say how excited I am to finally get to be able to take the ice with the up and coming youth hockey players, from the community!

� One of best parts of my job is to work and help to develop the young players and watch them grow into better players and individuals.

� In this first camp we will strive to teach, not only the fundamentals of hockey, but to expand the player�s abilities to go to the next level. We will do this by not only stressing what the basics are, but to use them in fun on-ice games during the camp. While the players are having a good time, they will be using the skills we have been going over that day and previous days.

� A big part of measuring the success of a camp, is not only what a player has learned, but by the size of the smile on their face!!

� I and the 2008-2009 Wooster Oilers players look forward to meeting and working with all the youth players in the area
