The goal of the 18G Yard Sharks is to develop and showcase a strong group of team-players who show passion for
the game and are willing to work hard as a team while also putting forth the individual effort necessary
to play their own best game.  We believe in the fundamentals and strive to continually develop our players
and refine their skills.  We are committed to positive coaching and player attitudes which in turn brings
confidence and loyalty on the field.  Winning is great but it is not our sole objective.  We develop competent
players desiring to play at the next level.  We will help prepare players for the recruiting process and offer key
opportunities to be seen by college coaches.  Academics are a priority and we stress this to our players.  We are committed to playing clean, competitive ball thru good practice habits, dedication and respect for others.  The
Yard Sharks have built a reputation of good sportsmanship and fair play.  It is our expectation that our players and their family members will demonstrate this thru responsible actions both on and off the field.  We take great pride in our team and the Yard Sharks organization.
