1/14/10 - PRACTICE BEGINS We had a great turnout for our team meeting on Monday and are looking forward to beginning our practice schedule. If you were not able to attend the team meeting and are still wanting to play make sure you contact Coach Doyle at 757-5800 or norm@usubaseball.com, to get your NCBA forms completed.
The players agreed to club dues of $200 per player this season to help cover some of the costs of participation. All players should have their $200 turned in prior to the first game. Turn your money in to Ryan Doyle, Club President. No player will be allowed to play in any games this season until all their dues are paid.
Practices will be held every Monday night at 9:30PM in the fieldhouse. Please make your best effort to be at every practice and be on time. If you can't attend a practice let us know

2/4/2009 The old "drop-and-drive" pitching delivery. I remember youth coaches teaching it when I was a kid. In fact, I had youth teammates who dropped so much they got their knees dirty. It's definitely an "old-school" way of thinking, and thankfully, modern technology (such as video analysis and the study of biomechanics) has helped coaches gain a clearer understanding of the pitching motion.
