The 2024/25 championship game was certainly a good battle for two periods as Tychon and Leamington Chrysler gave it everything they've got. But the difference was three unanswered third period gaols by Leamington Chrysler's and some outstanding goaltending by Steve Avelar which led them to the 2024/245 playoff crown.
Many thanks to both Chrysler and Tychon for a great game - one of the best witnessed in the league's history.

RESULTS CHAMPIONSHIP - Apr. 14
CHRYSLER 4 TYCHON 1
This game was a very hard-fought back-and-forth contest but for the majority of the game Tychon outplayed Chrysler. BNeithe rside notched any powerplay goals on their chances.
Tychon's lone tally came on a lovely play by Paul Omstead.
Chrysler's offense began with a goal first period goal by Brian Whaley. Scott Florence triggered the eventual game-winning goal in the third and Calyn Kir and Greg Mastronardi added insurance markers. Tyler Clark got his championship ring (of cookies) and was very loud celebrating in his fav room - the sin bin during the final minutes. Playoff MVP was Chrysler's Steve Avelar who was like an Electrolux cleaner. He was so fabulous that the town of Leamington is getting him to clean the streets and gutters.
