Click "add division" to group your teams. Changes can be reviewed and don't take effect until you click "save". You can make other changes later, such as adding new divisions, moving teams around, changing their order, and deleting them.

Type or paste a list of your teams. Imported teams and teams created using other features will also be listed on the Setup Teams page for easy editing.

Use bulk edit mode to drag and drop teams and groups to re-order or re-arrange your team structure. Tap or click the "drag and drop" symbol next to each team to move it. Check boxes also appear so you can select multiple teams to move or delete them.

Multi-Sport Organizations ("ORGS") provide a top level organization site for all your different SPORTS sites.
 

• You can add SPORTS with no restrictions. 
• New SPORTS start as a single TEAM site. You can click to convert it to a MULTI-TEAM site and add divisions and teams. 
• ORGS can contain single TEAM sites along with MULTI-TEAM sites. 
• MULTI-TEAM sites are often used for leagues (where teams are competing against each other) as well as a typical school program, which may have several versions of the same TEAM but for different groups such as men's, woman's, varsity, intramural, etc. Use divisions to separate these groups.

IMPORTANT: Upgrading and adding teams to ORGS (multi-sport) versus LEAGUES (multi-team). 
 

• There is no cost to rename or move TEAMS and add DIVISIONS. The subscription price is not affected.
• During the 30 Day Free Trial you can freely add new teams and upgrade packages. There is no need to make payment until the Free Trial period ends.
• ORGS can only upgrade one sport at a time once the 30 Day Free Trial ends. This keeps your changes and pricing in sync. 
• If you DELETE a sport, you must go to the NAVIGATION EDIT page to manually remove it. (Drag the sport link to the inactive area instead of deleting to avoid inadvertently deleting the wrong sport.) 

TIP - Consider creating separate sites for different leagues of the same sport if they are somewhat independent and require their own home page and web admin to manage the league. This can help keep things organized and make it easier to manage each league individually.

TIP - EDITING ORGS: If you need to make changes to your Multi-Sport Organization (after the free trial period), it's best to start by editing the sports where you are removing teams. This way, you can avoid any unnecessary costs. After you have removed the teams, adding new teams may have no cost, so you can save without having to make any purchases.
