• From your HTOsports admin, go to Tournaments.
• Click the + Add button in the HTOtournaments panel.
• Enter a name for your tournament. This will create a new tournament site automatically linked to your league site.
• Click Manage Tournament to open your tournament site and begin setup.

Once created, your tournament will remain connected to your league site unless you choose to unlink it.

Because your league site is connected, your teams and divisions are available inside the tournament for quick setup:

• When adding teams to your tournament, use the Pull from Divisions option to instantly load your league teams.
• You can select entire divisions or individual teams to include in your tournament pools or brackets.
• New teams that are not part of your league may also be added directly to the tournament if needed.

This allows you to create full tournament brackets without manually re-entering team information.

• When you create a tournament, a link to the tournament is automatically added to your league site's home page module.
• A new Tournaments page is also created on your league site, showing all current and past tournaments linked to your league.
• Brackets and standings from your tournament are displayed automatically inside your league site for easy access.

This gives players, parents, and visitors a consistent place to view both league and tournament activity without switching sites.

• Inside your tournament site, a menu link is provided to return directly to your league site.
• Inside your league site, the home page module and tournaments page link directly to your tournament site.
• Your league admin login works for both sites without needing separate credentials.

During tournament setup and live scoring, you can easily switch back and forth between the league and tournament site as needed.

• Create your brackets, then click "add teams" and use the "Pull From Divisions" tab to access your HTOsports league teams!
• Once brackets are created, you can swap or replace teams at any time directly inside the bracket view.
• Standings & Advancing allows you to auto-advance teams based on game results.
• If you have last-minute team changes, you can write-in new teams or substitute existing teams mid-tournament.
• Because your tournament is linked, you only need to set up your teams once inside your league site to keep everything organized.
