To make things easier, request that your Sponsors provide you with the following:

• a link to the website they want used on their ad
• text that they'd like displayed on your website
• artwork that is around 358x72 pixels

Four Banner Ads can be displayed on your website - two at the top and two at the bottom.

To designate an ad to appear in a specific location on a specific page:

1. Use the Page column to select the page and click Post New Ad for the area you wish to assign the ad to.
2. Paste a URL into the field* & enter any Text you wish to include. Or, click to make this an image ad.
3. Set Display Options & set if you'd like this ad to Display on Sponsors Page.
4. Set the Priority of this ad for the Sponsors Page. Click save.

*be sure the Link URL field includes http:// at the beginning of the URL

• The best size for a Banner Ad is 358 x 72 pixels.
• The table will display "IMAGE" or "TEXT" when an ad has been assigned to that location.
• Click a Page to view or delete the ads that have been assigned to that page.
• Ads that are put in the Remaining Pages (Rotating Ads) section will appear anywhere there is not a specific ad assigned.
• Contact Support to display Rotating Ads on every page of your website.
