To create a new album:

1. On the Select Album tab, click add album. By default, the album will be named with the date the album was created. Update the field and click rename album to change the title.

*Use the link to buttons if you'd like to make this album a part of an item on your schedule. A button to the album will appear on the schedule.

2. Click add photos and use the controls in the popup to locate the photos you wish to upload. Use the tools on your computer or device to select the images and click done when finished.

To arrange photos in an album or the order of albums on the page (the first image will be cover of the album):

1. Click on the album to select and at the top, click the grey sort button
2. Click on, drag and drop the images to arrange. Click the blue done button when finished. 

To delete an album:

1. Open the album for editing and at the bottom right-hand corner, click the grey Delete this album button.
2. Click ok to confirm.

To add a caption to a photo:

1. Select the album the image is saved in & click the edit button for the image.
2. Update the Caption field and click save.

To make the caption a link:

1. Copy & paste the following code into the Caption field: <a href="http://www.WebsiteURL.com" target="_blank" >click here!</a>
2. Update the red text with your own words & the correct link. Click save.

Note: target="_blank" will open a new window when they click the link (so they don't leave your site). You can delete this if you don't care if they leave your site (or if the link is a page within your site).

1. Open the Album for editing & at the top, click the grey add slide show button.
2. In the popup, click add slide show to confirm.

Notes:

• the slide show module will display the first 10 images in an album. Contact support if you wish to display more images.
• go to Page Editors > Website Home > X-Grid to place the slide show module on your Page Layout.

Click the Options tab to set multiple controls for your albums including navigation buttons, play/pause buttons, captions, and more.

• images that appear sideways or upside down after uploading to an album will need to be edited using your preferred editing program to update their meta data. For more detailed information, see the upside down or sideways images help topic.
• the uploader will only upload to 5MB per image. If your images are greyed out, they will need to be resized. See the images that appear cut-off, partially grey or broken help topic for more detailed information.
•  images are automatically resized to 600 x 800px and the quality is reduced to 79% to reduce file size. Contact Support to change.
