Add games, events, and practices to your schedule; enter final scores, and stats*.
 

Creating a Schedule

The Schedule Wizard will help you calculate matchups for a Round Robin schedule.  We recommend downloading the results to Excel so that you can make any changes and updates and then quickly import your schedule once it's perfect.

 

Adding Games and Practices

Click the +new game or +event or practice button to begin. Use the fields and drop-downs to enter the details about the game or event.

Adding a new game will allow admins to enter scores and stats* after the game has been played.  Adding a new event will allow you to enter more details to define the event as a practice, team meeting, or other occasion.

Once you save your game or event, the Schedule page and Schedule module on your public website will automatically be updated.

 

Changing/Updating a Game/Event or Deleting a Game/Event

Click the info button to the right of any game or even to make an update or change.

Click the trash can icon on the far right of any game or event to delete.

 

Using the Calendar

To turn the calendar feature off or on, click the    calendar icon.

 

MONTHLY AND WEEKLY CALENDARS   

You can set the calendar to one week, three weeks, one month, or three months. If you have games or events scheduled, they appear as an oval in the day, with the total items for the day. Similarly, in weekly view, the number of items are shown in the oval. In weekly view the items are shown within the 2 hour interval based on the start time. This gives you a quick overview of the time your games and events occur, so you can see the free times on your schedule with a quick glance. 

Note: You can only view one week or one month on phones.

SELECTING TIMES

You can click a month or week to see all the items in that time period. In monthly mode, first click selects a week, and then click a day within the week to select it. Note that partial weeks at the end of the month will only select the day since you cant see the whole week. 
 

Use the arrows on the row with the months to move the calendar forward or backwards. The double arrows will go to the start or end of your schedule. Note that this can vary based on the filters you set. Use the "today" link to jump back to the current day. 

USING THE FILTERS     
You can filter specific teams, locations, types of games and events, and even change the sort of your list. Click the     filter icon to change your filter settings 
When a filter is active, the filter buttons change to blue to let you know. You also have options to show     all weeks and to      reset your filters. 


Default views: Generally teams default to the entire season schedule, while leagues default to the current week. The default views can be changed in the    options, so when you reset all the filters, it may still retain a filter that was chosen as the default. 

 

 

Entering Scores and Stats*

Click the scores or stats buttons to enter the results for a game.

Stats Import

Baseball and Softball accounts can now import stats from GameChanger. 

1. First, get your stats from GameChanger. We support both CSV and XML versions.

2. Next, edit your Schedule and edit stats for any game.

3. There will be an IMPORT button in the header, where you can upload your file.
 

  • Stats exported from GameChanger must be for a single game and Player Numbers have to match in order to properly import the stats.

 

Scores and Stats Status Key (Multi-Team Sites)

The scores and stats buttons will indicate if the teams have entered information:

  • If a gray check mark appears, one team has entered info.
  • If a blue check mark appears, both teams have entered info.
  • If a red triangle appears, both teams have entered conflicting info.
Scores and Stats Key (Single-Team Sites)

When info has been entered for scores and/or stats, a blue checkmark will appear on the button.
