Toggle to Show or Hide:

• Guest Emails
• Guest Phone Numbers
• Guest Last Names
• Guest Locations
• Save a Password so that only users with the Password can post to the Guestbook

Toggle to:

• have Admins review posts before they are published or allow the system to publish posts immediately
• send a review email to the Webmaster or do not send a review email
• Enter an email address for CC when a post is made to the Guestbook

Toggle to Show or Hide input fields when a Visitor posts:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone
• Location
• Title

Toggle to choose which fields are Required or Optional:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone
• Title
• Enable a Captcha that requires Visitors to enter characters from an image before posting

- To allow for private communication, go to Website > Website Password and password protect the Guestbook.

- By default, the Guestbook will only display the newest 100 entries. Contact support with the details if your organization needs to display more than 100 entries.
