Do I use TEAM or LEAGUE PRICING?
LEAGUE PRICING is used anytime you create a site with more than one team (multi-team). LEAGUE PRICING is designed so that the more teams you add, the lower the cost per team.
TEAM PRICING is always used for a single, standalone team site. TEAM PRICING also applies if a team within a league (any multi-team account) wishes to upgrade under a different account. This provides organizations and teams the flexibility to purchase site upgrades for the entire group, or to let teams decide and pay on their own.
Team pricing is set on our Home Page:
Rookie: FREE
Pro-Style: $75/year
All-Star: $150/year
Champion: $250/year
Do I need League Pricing?
League Pricing is for any situation where there are multiple teams:
- Leagues
- Clubs
- Programs with different age levels
- High School sports with Varsity, JV and Freshmen teams
League pricing is based on the number of teams and the features you need:

About Per Team Pricing
The published price is the only price we offer, and it already has a built in discount. We do not support changing the pricing for individual users, as the pricing ties into the setup and renewal infrastructure.
The pricing formula is designed to round in the customer's favor. The pricing does not increment evenly, so there will be "sweet spots" that provide a better "per team" cost. When you find a "sweet spot" for example, one more team may kick you out of that "sweet spot" and back on the normal price curve. The per team price is only meant as a guideline to help you make your decision.
How do I Know What Features I Will Need?

If I get a Pro-Style League website, do all the Teams need to be Pro-Style too?
You can combine any level League and Team websites. If you don’t see a set up you need, such as All-Star with Pro-Style teams, just contact support. You can also set up different packages for each team, like some Rookie and others Pro-Style. Just contact Support and we'll send you an invoice.
- Teams can also upgrade on their own. If you provide a site for the teams they can choose to upgrade it to highlight their team with an upgraded website.
Hall of Fame Setup and Design Service
You may choose to get the Hall of Fame setup and design service for your site. In addition to our usual support, we will assign our specialists to actually do the work for certain setup and design items. See the Hall of Fame FAQ for details.
Will there be any additional pricing involved?
There are no additional fees involved for the hosting service. The cost of your subscription includes everything you need to get online. There are some additional fees involved for certain features, or if you get the Hall of Fame service.
A. All-Star and Champion get a free domain, but Rookie and Pro-Style users will not receive a domain credit. They may choose to purchase a domain name on their own though a domain company. This is typically about $10-$15 a year.
B. We do not charge transaction fees, but if you use PayPal or another online processing service, they normally charges about 4% to handle transactions online. Champion users should keep this in mind when utilizing the Registration, Online Store and Donation Pages. (Contact Paypal support for details on their options and fees.)
Are there other options for payment?
We currently only accept one year subscription payments. You will receive notification about a month before your expiration to let you know you can renew your site.
We do not accept month to month payment. The pricing is actually based on a typical sports season of a few months, with your free trial providing a whole extra month at no cost. We keep sites active for the whole year, so that players and fans can continue to look back on the season, and prepare for the upcoming season.
If you have a large multi-team package, contact support for options on quarterly payments.
Features are part of a package. We do not offer prices for a signle feature. To access a feature you must upgrade to the package with that feature. For example, if you only need registration, you can purchase a single team Champion site, which is $250/year.
How can I Make a Payment?
First, you'll need to create a site by following the Signup link on our Home Page. There will be a link at the top to review your pricing and make a payment. You can make a credit card purchase online. We also accept checks and PayPal payments.
