Am I going to start getting spam emails if I sign up?

No. Your email is kept confidential. You will only receive emails from HomeTeamsONLINE related to your website.

It is important to provide a valid email address so you can receive important website information.

If we are unable to contact you, you may get a message when you log into your site notifying you. If we are unable to contact you, you will not receive any HTO updates or cancel notifications. If you do not have a correct email address entered you will not be able to recover your account information of you lose it.

If you recieve this error message that we are unable to contact you, we recommend that you enter support@hometeamsonline.com on your "whitelist", or list of accepted email addresses. Your email program may block the automatic notification emails sent through our email account.

Emails entered on the Coach and Player profiles will display on the visitor site. Contact Support and we can hide these if necessary. These emails will also update your Contact Lists (Rosters & Staff > Contact Lists)

If you have visitor password protection, there will be a link on the login page to contact you. This email is sent through the Contact Form, so your email is kept secure. Visitors may attempt to contact you if they need to request the password.

You may want to add some contact information to the site in case visitors need to contact someone in the League. ALL-STAR or better users can create a custom "Contact Us" page under Layout & Media > Navigation Links.
